Cleaning questions, answered plainly
Hours, service area, supplies, and what we do not do. Prices are not listed because every quote is written for the property.
What areas do you serve?
We come to homes and businesses across Metro Detroit and the suburbs within about 35 miles, in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. The full city list is on the service areas page. There is no showroom. We come to you.
What are your hours?
Sunday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to noon, and Saturday closed. Those hours are the published schedule. Call during those hours and we will set a visit. We do not promise a same-day clean.
Do you clean both homes and businesses?
Yes. Residential and commercial work are both core services. Homes include standard, deep, recurring, move-in and move-out, short-term rental turnovers, and post-construction cleans. Businesses include offices, retail, clinics, janitorial contracts, and hard-surface floor care.
How much does cleaning cost?
We do not publish prices. Every home and building is different. Tell us the rooms, the condition, and how often you want us there, and we will send a written quote before any work starts. Nothing is added after that without your say-so.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the lived-in surfaces: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and trash. A deep clean adds the details people skip week to week, including inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, doors and frames, and interior glass we can reach safely. The written quote lists which one you are booking.
Do you offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning?
Yes. Recurring cleaning is available weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. The first visit is usually more thorough so the maintenance visits can stay on pace. Cadence and any cancellation terms are written into the quote, not assumed from this website.
Do you bring supplies?
We bring standard cleaning supplies and tools. If you want fragrance-free products, or you want us to use what is already in the house, say so when you request the quote and we will note it.
How do you handle pets?
Pets can stay home. Tell us about dogs, cats, or other animals when you book so we know which rooms to close off and where bowls and litter boxes should be left alone.
Do you clean short-term rentals and Airbnb homes?
Yes. Turnover cleaning resets a rental between guests: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and a linen change when the linens and laundry access are on site. We do not stock complimentary toiletries. If you leave guest supplies, we can set them out as part of the written scope.
What will you not clean?
We do not handle asbestos, lead paint, mold remediation, biohazard, or regulated medical waste and sharps. Post-construction cleaning is a detailed dust clean of a finished or nearly finished space, not hazardous-material abatement. Clinic work is janitorial for waiting rooms, exam rooms, restrooms, and floors.

No. BH Cleaning Service Metro Detroit and BH Door Solutions Metro Detroit are sister companies in the BH family. Gotham Site Studio built both sites. Call (248) 487-6646 for cleaning. What happens after I request a quote?
Send the quote form or call. We reply during business hours, confirm the property and the scope, and send a written quote. Work starts only after you accept it.
