A standard clean is the regular reset for a home people are actually living in. Counters get cleared of crumbs, bathrooms get scrubbed, floors get vacuumed and mopped, and the house feels looked after. It is not a top-to-bottom restoration. That is a deep clean.
What a standard clean includes
The list below is the usual scope. Your quote can add or remove rooms. We do not quietly expand the job on site.
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop exterior, and appliance fronts
- Bathroom toilets, tubs and showers, sinks, and mirrors
- Dusting of reachable shelves, tables, and sills
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs, and mopping hard floors

What stays off a standard clean
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, baseboards, interior windows, and blinds are deep-clean tasks. Laundry, exterior windows, and wall washing are not part of a standard visit. Ask if you want any of those quoted on their own.

Standard cleaning suits a house that is already in ordinary shape and needs a steady hand: bungalows in Dearborn and Royal Oak, ranches in Livonia and Warren, and newer floor plans in Canton and Macomb Township. If mail is piled up and the oven has a season of spills, start with a deep clean instead.

How long does a standard clean take?
It depends on the size and how the home was left. We would rather tell you a time after we know the rooms than print a number that will be wrong for your house.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave a key, a garage code, or a lockbox. We confirm the entry plan before the first visit and we lock up the way we found it.
