Terms of service

These terms cover quotes and cleaning visits from BH Cleaning Service Metro Detroit. TODO: attorney review before launch. Nothing here is a price.

Quotes

A quote describes a scope and a price for that scope. Work starts only after you accept it. This website is not a quote. If a task is not written down, it is not included, and we will not add a charge on site without asking you first.

Scheduling

Visits are scheduled during Sunday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to noon, Saturday closed. Saturday is closed. We do not promise same-day service. You are responsible for access: someone home, a key, a code, or a lockbox, confirmed before the visit.

Supplies and the property

We bring standard cleaning supplies unless you ask us to use yours, including fragrance-free products when you request them. Pets may stay. Tell us about them. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. We do not move heavy furniture.

What we do not do

We do not abate asbestos, disturb lead paint, remediate mold, or handle biohazard, sharps, or regulated medical waste. Post-construction cleaning is a dust detail of a finished space, not hazardous-material removal. Carpet steam cleaning is not a listed service.

If we miss something

If a task on the written scope was missed, contact us and we will correct it. TODO: publish the exact revisit window once the owner confirms the number of days. Until then, the quote or the agreement you sign controls, not this paragraph.

Cancellation

Tell us as soon as you need to move a visit. TODO: publish the notice period and any fee only after the owner sets them. This page does not create a cancellation penalty.

Commercial agreements

Janitorial contracts are separate written agreements. The pages on this site describe the kind of work. They are not an offer with a term or a rate.

Liability

TODO: add a liability limit only with legal review. We carry no published insurance statement yet. See the note on the about page.
