Commercial services

Office cleaning covers suites and small floors. Retail cleaning covers the sales floor, fitting rooms, glass, and restrooms after you close. Clinic cleaning is janitorial for waiting rooms, exam rooms, restrooms, and floors. It is not medical-waste handling.

Janitorial contracts are the ongoing version of those scopes, written per building. Floor care is the periodic hard-surface work, separate from the nightly wipe.

Hours and access

Our published phone hours are Sunday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to noon. Cleaning visits can be set before you open or after you close when the route allows. Saturday is closed. Alarm codes and key holders are confirmed before the first night, and we do not keep a copy of a code beyond what the agreement says.

Questions about commercial cleaning

Do you clean one-time for an event or a move-in?

Yes. A one-time commercial clean is quoted the same way as a contract, with a task list and a date. It does not lock you into a weekly plan.

Can one account cover several locations?

Yes, if you manage more than one Metro Detroit site. Each address gets its own scope so a store and an office are not forced onto the same checklist.
