Short-term rentals near downtown are turnovers with a clock on them. Paint Creek visitors do not change our hours. Saturday is still closed.

Main Street retail is glass, floors, and a restroom. Cafes get front-of-house only. A professional office off the main block is an office clean. We do not bundle the sidewalks.

Season and scheduling

Fall color brings foot traffic and grit. Entries of both homes and shops need the mat shaken and the floor under it cleaned. That is a normal line, not a seasonal upcharge we invent later.
